The Dow Industrials and S&P 500 both closed lower for the second day in a row. The market internals were about 3 to 1 negative with more stocks on the NYSE making new lows than new highs. Stocks in Asia were hit hard again as the yen moved higher and Japan's Nikkei 225 lost 4%. Also heavy selling in Hong Kong as the Hang Seng was 1.5% lower.
